We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). Directive 2002/58/EC of the European Parliament states (where we do not have an existing relationship with you) that unsolicited emails may only be sent to subscribers who have given prior consent. Athey Educational have never sent marketing e-mails to their customers. We will only e-mail you if we have a query about any order you place with us, or to reply to an e-mail you have sent to us, or to send you a file you have requested, or to thank you for downloading one of our sample tests and provide you with a list of our publications. We will not pass any of your personal information to outside organisations and/or individuals, nor will we transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area).
